plus a study was done with smokers and dieters that it usually takes 7 times before u quit smoking or lose weight diteing and keep it off. trust me i've tried like 3 times now and on the fourth time i lost 40 lbs and have had it off for a year now

here's agreat diet try eating healthy and exercising. eat as healthy as posssible eating whole grains, fruits, veggies, dairy, and lean protein. there's som many tasty foods that are healthy. try eatin g3 meals and 1 or 2 snacks a day. plus go on a shoppin spree at trader joes u feel find so many tasty healthy foods for cereals and bread try to have over3 grans fiber and less than 9 grams sugar. but don't be afraid to treat urself a cookie or two a week will not make u gain weight. plus try to get really motivated. the hardest part of losing weight is exercise i reccomend jogging or working ur way up to it because with jogging u burn lots of cals and fast. PLus try geting some hand weights and use them 3 times a week. But if ur going out for dinner it's ok to get ur favorite food there just eat healthy the rest of the week. don't let ur diet restrict u from the normal world.

well plz dont give up cuz youll nvr be happy! you wont see results in a day, especially since its hard for the person losing the weight to actually see results until theres major changes. You dont necessarily have to count calories, but just like you know whats wrong you know whats healthy and whats not-so- the choice is yours. You know when your not hungry and when your eating something your not supposed to. and just workout atleast 4 times a week for atleast 30 mi and you should be fine.-A

You clearly haven't tried everything since you're about to give up. You have to have patience, did it take you a day to gain all that weight? it won't happen overnight, losing weight is a gradual and beautiful process, you just can't ever give up! that's the mistake dieters make nowadays and like almost half of the US is overweight because they don't pull through with their diets. Change up your diet and exercise and you must get results! Good Luck!!! :)
