Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - hey every1!! Today i did pretty well. For breakfast i had the protein meal replacement drink. I found a chocolate flavored one which isn't so bad. For lunch I had a subway sandwich and for dinner stir fry with french onion soup for supper. I did 1/2 hr on the treadmill. and i'm feeling way better!!!

keep in mind subway sandwiches have a lot of sodium. and make sure you keep it 6 inches for lunch because the calories do add up. otherwise great job.
