Well I wanna get down to 160 by April cause I have to buy a graduation dress by May. Although I'd be happy with like 163 or something. I loose slowly now. Anyhow, other goals are: eat ONLY 5 GOOD SOURCES of carbs a day, like whole grains and beans and stuff, 2-3 veggies, 2-3 fruits per day. I can handle dairy and proteins on my own...and I wanna exercise 3 times a week. That should do it. :0)Oh and 2 sweets per week.

Reply from tia, Age 15 - 01/09/07 - IP#: 67.165.39.xxx my goal is to get down to 115....okay and i am going to eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day...i went to ediets to see how many calories i should eat...i was 185 pounds two years ago and an inch shorter about four years ago i use to come on here and post as tag 12 cause those were my intials...lol
