Ht. 5'2", Wt. 192 - I have lost 3 pounds. This is what I had today breakfast cereal and water. For lunch a snakc pak and a sandwhich with water and some popcorn from a friend. For supper a 1/2 bowl of soup and 10 crackers with tea. For snack a 100 cal pak a 1 jolly rancher. For exercise freeze tag for first and second recess and for p.e. baseball. When I got home I walked for a 1/2 mile but had to go home becuase it was getting dark. And i'll do more exercises later on. How did I do PLEASE reply I need to make sure im doing ok

I think you're improving Anna, but don't be discouraged cause it's easy to loose water weight on your period, LOL which can be frustrating cause right after you can gain it back. :0) But good job, keep going!
