Ht. 5'4", Wt. 145 - i eat all the time when i come home from school, when my dad goes to bed, at school but i dont know if im an emotional eater or why i eat all the time can anyone help me i dont know why i eat all the time

I used to do that two when I was bored. I started going online more or now I go in my room and turn up my music and dance and be myself or go to friends houses.

are you bored? find something to do to keep yourself occupied, like exercise!
