Ht. 5'5", Wt. 180 - I don't eat junk food. I eat enough protein despite being a vegetarian. I do cardio and weight lifting daily. So why haven't I lost weight in 6 months?

First of all if you are 5'6 120, you are underweight. And second of all, if I cut down on protein I will be putting my health in danger.

It probably seems as if you haven't lost weight because you have gained it all back in muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat.

I have the same problem! Start measuring inches. And see if you've gon down. If now check to see how many calories you're actually eating. Or if you're not eating enough. Good luck! :)

check to see if your clothes are looser. If they are, your gaining muscle. Start measuring inches instead of pounds.

maybe you should do a bit more cardio?
