Ht. 5'9", Wt. 176 - i heard a good way to calculate a good weight for your body is to add 100 for the first five feet and then another five poudns for every inch...so i'm 5'9 so i should weight 145..so that's what i'm going for!
of course i know this isnt accurate for all people and some should weigh more or less depending on your body type..

yeah i use that system for me to =) and it is relativly accurate but obviously if your really muscular or whatever you'll weight more and itll be healthy, and really you can still be like 10-15 lbs more and you'll be good.
