Ht. 5'2", Wt. 147 - hi guys! :) i just have a question... well, im new to this lifestyle change so i really need to know how you guys motivated yourselves.. i mean i really want to slim down but most of the time, school works really take up a lot of my time (im a junior college student). and then i get too drained.. i sometimes say to myself that academics is not the only thing important, my happiness is foremost, and my health. can you suggest other motivational stuff? thnks a bunch! im really happy i joined blubberbusters. :) at least i know there are a lot of people who goes through what im going through. :)
Reply from sabina, Age 17 - 01/14/07 - IP#: 69.118.136.xxx I'm addicted to fanfiction...so my deal with myself was every time i lose 5 lbs i'm allowed to go on and read it. FInd something you really love and use that as your motivation. For example, a movie, manicure, shopping, a new cd...just don't use food as a motivation cuz then all ur hard work goes down the drain
