Ht. 5'5", Wt. 221 - help i need weight loss tips i just exercised and my scale said i gained a pound. so please help me.

i always gain weigh after i exercise cuz i drink a lot of water and that makes me gain, but it isnt real weight so yeah dont weigh right after u exercise.

actually weighing yourself once a day is still good if you like it, just weight yourself at the same time every day and make sure your not wearing clothes.

Don't weight yourself right after working out. It's only going to put your self down. Make sure to only weigh yourself once a week and make sure it's always at the same time. Morning is the best time.
