Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - so here's a quick yummy salad recipe. Go buy lettuce, goya beans the red ones, shredded cheddar cheese, mushrooms, olives, and cottage cheese. Cut a few mushrooms and boil in water. While that is cooking takes almost 5 minutes. Pour out the goya beans in a bowl, add 15-20 olives, and sprinkle cheese on top. In another bowl have half a head of lettuce cut up. By then the mushrooms should be ready. Sprinkle some pepper on it then place in bowl with beans and cheese. mix both bowls together and voila a yummy salad with no need for dressing. Have 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese for dessert and you have a low carb meal that covers all the food groups minus fruit. Have a banana or one peice of fruit before bed and you're good to go

Sounds super yummy. I will have to try it, but I think I will try it wish fresh spinach insted of lettus. Thats just me of course. Thanks for posting.
