Ht. 5'4", Wt. 198 - OK Well I did great today until I got home. But no excuses. I just had a moment where I gave up and kept bingeing.BREAKFAST: Water,PB crackers, Granola bar LUNCH: Nestea, PB sandwich, small slice of pizza, peach SNACK: 5 pizza bites, a few bites of pasta, a few handfuls of toffee peanuts, crystal light DINNER: few bites of steak, some antipasto, crystal light, some hamburger helper SNACK: hot cocoa, slim jim, kettle popped corn. As you see I totally pigged out today and I feel like a FAT pig and OMG everyones always like no your not that big and I get mad because I know theyre lying to me and I just get aggrevated because once I start losing weight I just get of track because I lost some weight and I feel like holy glory and sorry for venting like this. -A

I have the same problem. I usually eat so much after school. I'm working hard to try and control it. I've heard it gets easier the longer you hold off but i dont know. Just keep working at it!! Good luck!!!

That's like all carby stuff and no fruits and veggies. Remember that you can eat as many veggies as you want without worrying about it. They are great for you. Fruit too.
