Ht. 5'6", Wt. 165 - I'd sure like some feedback on how I did today! Breakfast: cheerios w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: 3 slices lean turkey sandwhich on whole wheat bread w/ mustard & grapes & a rice krispies treat; Snack: pretzels & an orange & 2 pickles; Dinner: lean cuisine fettuchini alfredo w/ parmesean cheese & peas & a cup of 1% milk; Excercise: 40 minute theFIRM cardio dvd. What do you think? What's good, what's bad? I looooooveeeee getting replys...Pleeeasssssseee respond? Pretty PEAS? Eat your peas.
