Ht. 5'5", Wt. 186 - for the past few days ive been burning off all of my calories and a couple hundred more, ive been walking for atleast 40-60 minutes every day and doing yoga for 30 minutes how can i burn more calories?

change your walk into a run or a jog. actually what I looove and it burns tons of calories and actually feels really easy is fartleks (we do them in track.) what you do is go around your neighborhood and for a certain number of seconds jog, then sprint, then walk. The walk lets you recover and it feels easy but the sprint and jog and the intervals in genereal make you burn more calories then just running would.
