Ht. 5'5", Wt. 141 - An update...50 situps, 10 mins of vigorous dancing, 1/2 an hour of squats...is this enough exercise?
Also, how often is good for weighing and measuring yourself? :D

thats really good! i can do like 10 min. of squats so thats really good. at least 30 min. of exercise a day. and then, yea, up it by about 15 min. every month till your at about and 1 1/2 or more if you have the time, but at least a 1/2 hour

depends what works for you. once a week is probably good although ive read that weighing yourself everymorning is important because you notice weight gain and can stop it. if you do that do be scared if your weight fluctuates by 1-2 lbs but if its more than that change something.

once a month do maybe more of exercise. 1/2 an hour of squats I can't even last for maybe 20 min.
