Ht. 5'3", Wt. 225 - im takeing small SMALL steps. im starting with no soda. in the last 48 hours i havent had any soda. th last time i had soda it wasdiet and only a little tiny sip. no soda is a big deal for me cause i usually drink a ton of it!

you can lose 25 lbs. a year by just giving up 16 oz. (2 sevings) of pop a day

yeah small steps can make a huge difference. And giving just giving up soda can save you A LOT of calories. enough to lose weight, esp if you drink water instead of it,.

I think that's a good idea small steps can make a big difference so keep it up!!
