Ht. 5'8", Wt. 207 - I'm so mad at myself. For the past 2 weeks I have done really horrible with eating. I did a pretty good yesterday, today wasnt that great but better from last week. I have found the after a game I'm usually hungery and I've been eating a lot of candy becasue that's usually all they have so I'm going to start packing dinners any idea's of what I should bring would be great? I think makeing this change will help greatly I also think maybe I should drink more water or something so I'm not always hungery?

anything you want. when i haev track meets i bring a sandwich, some type of crackers or something, and some fruit. That keeps me full but doesnt over load me with calories.
