Ht. 5'3", Wt. 155 - Need advice on how to eat better. Having trouble staying away from unhealthy food. Can't resist the call of delicious pizza, fries, and anything chocolate. HELP!!!

chew really strong peppermint gum or mints. The peppermint makes you not hungry.

well i dont know if this will help...but whenever i am really craving sweets or pizza or something (which is like every day...) i just look at teh food and i'm like ok..that will taste good, but then make me feel bad about eating it for like 2 days..so i just decide i'd rather have something else that will make me feel good
