Ht. 5'0", Wt. 135 - I've done really bad these past couple of days!!! yesterday i had pizza and nutter butters for lunch and today, i had a rice crispie treat. I've also been eating a lot. yester day, i had 3 meals and 3 snacks!!!! of which 2 were after dinner!!! sumone help me. i was doing so good, and now i took a dive. plz help me!!!!! thanx :) ella

You have to just say yeah, I messed up, there's nothing I can do about the past, I just need to try harder right now. Just focus on the present, because that is the only thing you can control at this time. When you eat, is it becaue you are hungry? What are you eating? Is it healthy? You just gotta find it in you to do it!! Good luck!!!
