Ht. 5'3", Wt. 151 - Why does loosing weight have to be so hard?? Im really frustrated right now cuz im trying really hard but im sick of trying and i want to start succeeding.
For breakfast i had about 300 calores, for lunch about 200 but in snaking (my continuous downfall) ive probably had 400! I feel sooo FAT. Also, i think ive gained like 2 pounds this week. I weigh on sundayz and wed. On sun i was 150, on wed i was 151, and now im pretty sure its up to 152. Im on my period right now so i keep telling myself thats why ive gained weight but everytime i say that i feel like im making an excuse. Excuses are my art, btw. I can come up for the best excuses as to why im failing and so im trying to stop making them.
Anyway, sorry about the ranting post but i need to get my frustation off my chest. Thanx for listening, and if u have ne tips that would be great! Ive been on a plataeu for 5 months!

I'm sorry about your frustration! I know how you feel, it happens to me plenty. It probably is your period. I usually gain up to 4 pounds when I'm on it, and then they go away as soon as I'm off it. You know your downfall is snacking. I have had trouble with that too. I have started to make a list at the begining of the week of the snacks for the whole week. It helps me from going straight for the chips, or whatever else I shouldn't be eating. Maybe that would help you?
