Ht. 5'2", Wt. 192 - This is what I had today for breakfast cereal and water. For lunch a snack pak and 2 pak of 100 cal thing. For supper one hamburger with a bun that had ketchup and mustard, some potatoes and carrots and beef together one helping, cottage cheese and applesauce and 7 french fries. For snack a small candy par like maybe the size of my pinky and a 100 cal pak. And I drank water all day. For exercise Im going to do like a total of 600 exercises working up to a 1,000. How did I do

like different exercises like maybe 100 crunchs 40 pushups. that all add up to 600 or more.

i dont get waht you mean by 600 exercises?
