Ht. 5'8", Wt. 207 - ok some days I'll do awsome and then other days I'll do so horrible. Night times the worst like right after supper is when I usually overeat any idea's about how I can avoid this????????????????????

I used to have this problem but I don't anymore. I started brushing my teeth right after dinner and I didn't eat anymore. I still brushed them before I went to bed. But I did that for like 2 months and my habit was broke.

What my friend Kalli does is she allows herself one guilty snack. It could be a rice krispy treat, a brownier, or a serving of chips. But only one!!!! Now if you can handle this you can eat this ONE guilty treat when your get those nightime munchies and it may satisfy you. If you can't handle it then don't do it, but it may be something to think about.

Do you eat after supper because you are hungry? Because you're bored? Out of habit? I agree with anna in that it's good to find something to take your mind off of food. If you're still hungry, maybe you could eat a little more during the day? That way you won't be as hungry at night?
