Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160 - Breakfast: Oatmeal (140 cals)-----Lunch: orange(80), raisins(140), yogurt(150) Dinner: 2 toast with margarine and honey (300 cals) TOTAL-- 890.. didnt eat a lot today..probably going to have a snack l8r on so my body doesnt hang onto my fat..
