Ht. 5'5", Wt. 186 - My dad got me a scale and im going to start recording my weight tomorrow and im so nervous I want to keep track of my weight so i dont gain. How often should I check my it?

Reply from aly, Age 17 - 01/21/07 - IP#: 69.250.27.xxx not tootoo often. weight yourself once and then don't weigh yourself for 3 more weeks because your weight may flucuate. after 3 weeks youll get a good sense of how much you've lost. after that, only once a week. don't make it a habit to weigh yourself too much
