Ht. 5'8", Wt. 169 - ok i'm gonna stop caring about the number and start caring about the inches! i'm gonna go measure my thighs, stomach, and hips...and hopefully i will start losing inches! how long do y'all think it iwll take to lose the first inch?

Take the size pants you currently wear, what size are they? How do they fit you? Tight, loose, where are they tight or loose? Write that down, keep up with your routine, healthy eating and excersizing, in 2 weeks go back to your paper you wrote that down on and start a new entry, if nothing has changed maybe you should consider changing your routines a little! that's a good idea...ummm well it really depends anywhere from a couple days to weeks...but if you do at least 30 min of cardio a day and do weights/toning at least 2 days a week you should lose an inch or two in about a week
