Ht. 5'8", Wt. 250 - Okay, so i've tried dieting the healthy way...and the other NOT so healthy way...but neither seem to work. I'm not lazy...but im not all "yay sports" i walk around a lot...just random placed with friends and stuff, but there's really never a change in my appearance. i don't eat breakfast...and have water for lunch but when i get home i eat out of boredom. if you can help me fix my bad habits. please help. it WILL be appreciated =]

Reply from alexis, Age 13 - 01/22/07 - IP#: 72.224.46.xxx Well eat breakfast, have a nice portioned lunch- like water, a salad or a sand. on w/w bread, and an apple. have a small snack like an orange or a handful of unsalted peanuts. Have a nice portioned dinner-1/2 platw of veggies, 1/4 plate with good starches or fruit, the other 1/4 with protein. Exercise, even walk, atleast 30 min everyday. there you go. oh and drink alot of water and not alot of bad carbs amd junk and all that.
