Ht. 5'8", Wt. 169 - ew i'm feeling nasty. i started out good but then got worse. here's how it went. Breakfast: oatmeal and yogurt (200 cals) lunch: turkey, grapes, apple, 10 cal jello (250 cals) snack: 100 cal pack. dinner: chicken sandwhich on wheat bun, like 8 tator tots (bad.), banana, and 10 cal jello. then later i had a cup of banana pudding (ughh). workout: rollerbladed 4 miles, treadmill for 3 miles, 500 crunches, 15 minutes on bike, weight machines

u didnt do too bad ur exercise was really goot and only the tots and puding wernt to good but i think u did alright
