Ht. 5'2", Wt. 192 - I did good until supper this is what I had. Breakfast cereal and water. For lunch sandwhich and 100 cal pak 2 chips but they were nasty so I gave them to a friend and water. For supper Ceasar saled and water then like 10 small pieces of piece from monmicals. Then I did A lot of jumping rope. and other some other exercises. My mom measured me and I cryed because for some reason my waist gained 2 1/2 inches and I didn't lose hardly anything maybe because im gaining musclces

Well if your mom measured you after you finished eating then that could be the problem. It seemed like you ate the right amount of calories but didn't get a lot of food for it, but hey if you were satisfied good for you. Why does everyone here have cereal and water? PUT SOME MILK ON IT!!! 3 SERVINGS A DAY PEOPLE! It reminds me of when my mom was a musical journalist and we couldn't afford anything but hamburger helper.
