i tried this thing from the same company called slim in 6, andbody can lose weight if they do that vigourous excercise, its soooo hard!! I didn't like itt at all, heres some workout tapes i do like,:the firm( total body , its from the 80's) Leslie SAnsone Walk Away the Pounds. Richard Simmons, Yoga Booty Ballet, theyre all sooo fun!and you burn a ton ;)
