Ht. 5'5", Wt. 180 - Well I found out my crush has a girlfriend. And for some reason that really motivated me to lose weight. My goal is to be a size 8 by prom in may.

i want to be a size 8 as well. except im like a 10-12 now but my ssizes go down fast for osme reason because im tall.

Me too! What a coincidence! I want to be a size 11 by summer, hopefully by June 18. That is my 6th grade graduation!

One more thing: Eat until you aren't hungry not until you're full. If you eat fast or in a rush, slow down, your stomach doesn't process food as quickly as you think it should! Meaning it won't tell you that you're not hungry until you are full!

Stretch & excersize before you eat. It burns fat & calories while you eat instead of working twice as hard to burn what is sitting there! Also, drink lots of water and make sure you are eating healthy foods by portion size. Take a look at the food pyramid to make sure you aren't depriving your body of essentials it needs to properly function. Good luck to all of you! =)
