Ht. 5'2", Wt. 192 - This is what I had today. Breakfast with milk and water to drink. For lunch sandwhich, water, half piece of cake it was my teacher's birthday today, and some cheese it's. For supper 2 helping's of cheese spaghetti and water. For snack 100 cal pack, tea, and some cheese nips. For exercise lots and lots of jump rope and other exercises. How did I do

there was no fried stuff...I know its reeeally hard but try and stay away from pasta. Its true that pasta adds carbs for energy but even a little plate can have over 600 calories. If i eat pasta(I LOVE pasta) I only have a fist size amount with sauce than i have salad.
