u should try those pilates...work out for about 30 min....u'd be surpised how toned u'd get

do 20-30 situps, 10-20 pushups, and then quickly jog in place for a few minutes. It's not much but it does help. Or jump rope for ten minutes, or doing 100 jumping jacks...hop onto the treadmill for 20 min. or go running
