Ht. 5'7", Wt. 219 - Hey guys. I lost 6lbs in 6 days just by cutting out junk food and eating chicken, tuna veggies and fruits. Omelets are good for breakfast too because they give u protein in the morning and they are very filling!. I hate exercise so i haven't been doing much. But imagine how much faster i could lose the weight if i did! But you have to admit, 6lbs in 6 days is pretty amazing!:D Good luck everyone, you can all do it!
