Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - as you can see I'm up 2 pounds more than last time. Someone tell me what I'm doing wrong!! BREAKFAST:Special K(120), 1/2 cup fat free milk(50) and a banana(100)SNACK Energy Bar (130) LUNCH: Turkey Sandwich (300 calories) Veggies (75) SNACK: Yogurt (100) DINNER: Spegetti and veggies (???) EXERCISE: Weight training. So what am I doing wrong?? Why am I not loseing weight or inches?? Everything is just getting tighter and tighter and the scale keeps going up up up. I need help!!
Reply from Hannah, Age 16 - 01/26/07 - IP#: 68.227.170.xxx Your workouts are what is wrong. In Order to lose inches, you need to lose fat, in order to lose fat, you need to do cardio. weight training will build muscle, ad the muscles burn a LITTLE fat, but not as much as cardio does.
