Ht. 5'6", Wt. 158 - hey guys! I lost 2 more pounds!! i'm down 8 pounds now!!! let me give you guys some advice.. it comes from the sonoma diet! for breakfast you should have about 25% grains and 75% protein... for lunch.. 40% protein and 60 % veggies! for dinner.. 30% protein, 20% grains and 50% veggies! ... now i bet you are wondering where teh fruits are.. for the first few days of your diet.. you should cut out allll sugar! that includes fruit and starchy veggies! this way.. you eliminate your sugar craving! and once you start eating fruit again.. you will enjoy the sugar in the fruit so much more. try this .. because i really have lost 8 lbs in just over a week.. also.. drink green tea!! it's amazing!!

for breakfast take a 7 inch plate.. and you just divide it up like a pie chart... 1 quater of the plate would be grains..and the rest would be protein.. so. like.. 2 scrambled eggs and a piece of toast. for lu nch.. you use a 9 inch plate.. 60% of the plate is veggies and the rest protein.. and dinner.. the same.. 30%protein, 20%grains, and 50% veggies... maybe you could google sonoma diet and see if the plate charts come up..
