Ht. 5'2", Wt. 245 - Heya. Okay here is my story. Well, when I was about 5 years old I was very skinny. Not really big at all. Then, when I was about 8 years old, I really started gaining weight. By the time I was 11 years old I weighed about 180 pounds. Now, I weigh 245 pounds. My sister always tells my mom that I am going to die when I am 24 because I'm so big. I really want to start a diet. The longest I have ever been on a diet has been about a month. Then I just say oh ill have one can of soda. Then one becomes two, and I would say oh ill just have a sandwich with a little bit of mayonnaise, and a little becomes a lot. Now, I eat a ton of things a day. I do not pay attention to what I eat at all. I really need to start a diet and I would really love some support. My diet plan is to totally go cold turkey and have no soda. It is going to be water from now on and I am not going to drink anything else. I am really going to try to excersise. I am going to try to eat healthier foods, maybe less fat. If you have any tips, that could always help! My weight now is 245 and my ultimate goal would be to weigh probably 150. Now i have a question. Should I weigh myself once a week, or once every month? Or should i just weigh myself in a few months? What do you think? I could really use your guyses opinions. Thank you so much and later tomorrow I will post what I ate. Thank you!

hey! i like to weigh myself every morning. That sounds excessive, but... this way.. you can see if you are going up or down.. and if what you are doing is right. give or take a few pounds.. like.. i could weigh 160 one day.. then 158 the next.. then.. go back up to 160.. but you need to know you flucuate.. butttt.. you can think back. .like.. waht did i eat taht maybe would have made me gain a little weight?? did i eat something salty? am i retaining water?? you know? so.. every morning is what i do. because if i'm 158 then see i'm 159.. i work really hard that next day to eat really well and stuff so i'll be back down!! sorry this is a long post.
