Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - breakfast- 2 vanilla waffles w/ very little syrup and butter and a cup of tea. lunch- a hotdog with shredded cheese on the top with hot chocolate. snacks-a 90 calorie yogurt, 90 calorie special k snack. afterschool-a tablespoon of ice cream+8 m&m's& half of a grilled cheese and a cup of green tea. dinner- chicken cutlets with vegetables. ehh i know it sounds bad. but i usually start to eat something and never finish it now which helps me keep off weight because im not just having one thing. exercise- dance for 2 hours.

well im really good at dancing. im in level 5 out of 5 levels and invitation classes. and im muscular but not all. and im just really good. lol so thats how.
