Ht. 5'9", Wt. 237 - I know I'm overweight. And I started this weekend on eating right and I've been using my treadmill everyday for 35 minutes. But I don't think it's going to work as well as I want it to. I want, need, to lose at least 50 pounds by the summer. I have to get in shape because I'm going to be a lifeguard, and you need to be physically fit, not to mention the fact that I don't want to be seen in a bathing suit now. If you have any ideas, please please let me know.

I'm certain it will work better than you think! As long as you are eating healthy and exercising you will lose weight. I didn't think I would lose weight from what I've been doing, but so far I've lost six pounds total.
