Ht. 5'9", Wt. 169 - helloo everyone...here is my day! breakfast:waffle, yogurt, pineapple (200 cals) lunch:grilled chicken, black beans, rice, lettuce, and a tortilla, and a banana. snack:100 cal pack. dinner:grilled chicken breast and fruit salad consisting of an apple, a banana, and some grapes. workout:20 min. of lunges/squats/etc. 15 min. on treadmill, 15 min. on bike, 15 min. on stairmaster, 15 min. on eliptical. snack: jello (10 cals). and i drank 8 cups of water
