Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - hey guys its teresa.. heres what i had to eat tonight..skipped breakfast cause i got up late..so i didnt eat til i got home. had a pear and a lean turkey on wheat sandwich with cheese. later on i had a banana and for dinner i had steamed carrots and potatos. i had all water and did 30 min. of walking. what do you think?
Reply from sarah, Age 17 - 01/30/07 - IP#: 66.25.157.xxx i know this is going to be kind of stupid sounding and picky and dumb.. buttt.. you had bananas, potatoes, and carrots today! bananas are one of the fattier fruits.. and potatoes and carrots are more starchy/carby/sugary.. you did okay .. for skipping breakfast and what.. but add more watery fuits and veggies too.... apples, oranges, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, raspberry.. etc.. and more veggies like. asparagus, broccoli, cucumber, lettuce... etc. those fill you up and have good nutrition with little calories compared to the other veggies... i'm not like dissing your meal.. i've just found that only having one of those starchy/carby veggies.. and then adding unlimited amounts of watery veggies has reallyyy helped me!!
