Ht. 5'7", Wt. 180 - hhhaha well im back again gahhhhh im doing so bad and i cant help it ... i live in australia and its to hot to excercise right now it is soooooooooo freakin hot!!! any ideas?

aww i'm jealous that it's hot lol. i live in texas and its freezing...i can't wait for summer! but umm maybe you could just get a work out video to do indoors? or go to an indoor track somewhwere or something
