Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160 - you knoww..i think that my problem is that i just love food too much. seriously i love to eat...and i tell myself everyday how i'm gonna lose weight but i cant b/c i just love to eat! i was doing so good this week to.. i lost 4 pounds (156) but i ruined it these past few days..honestly i do not know what to do :(

ahah i love food too :] except listen. this is what i do to not be like gaining weight so much... EAT ALL DIFFERENT THINGS. get like a bag of chips then get like some strawberries and then like a water bottle. keep eating both of them but whatever u do...DONT FINISH THE SNACKS!!!!! trust me it helps for me because i have started to eat things but not finish them and like for some reason you dont gain as much weight lol.

one of the things that HELPS you to lose weight is LOVING to eat! All you have to do is take your love for food and put it into healthy foods.. you can eat veggies alll day long. you can have all kinds of things.. just as long as it's healthy. try to eat whole grains. whole grains help to fill you up. oatmeal, whole grain bread, unsalted/unbuttered popcorn. look up the "sonoma diet" online. it's really great! it has a list of 10 power foods. almonds, broccoli, spinach, bell peppers, tomatoes, strawberries,grapes, blue berries, whole grains, olive oil, try to eat those if you can!! they have all kinds of benefits. weightloss, cancer fighting, helps your memory, good for your heart.. alll kinds of things!
