Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - i was so upset today. my friend came up to be and said no offense but you look really heavy in those pants. i was like omg. anyway, breakfast-2 waffles with very little syrup. lunch- peanut butter sandwich with a water and carrots and a 90 calorie special k bar and ONE brownie from the littlebites thing. dinner- meat& vegetables.

at lunch.. try and have lean turkey instead of peanut butter... peanut butter is sugary.. and you also had waffles and syrup for breakfast.. you know? so if you have waffles for breakfast.. try turey forl unch.. of if you have eggs for breakfast you can have pb for lunch.. you know?
