Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - alright everyone, i have a semiformal dance in the end of february. so i really need to lose at LEAST 10 pounds by then. im a very busy person and dont have a lot of time to exercise except when i go to dance for 2 hours on wednesdays. so if i coninue to eat good....and if i do ddr for a half hour- a hour everyday do u think i could achieve my goal?

well DDR is a great toning workout. for a really good way to lose weight go swimming, or run for 1/2 hr -1 hr. Jumping rope is good too.
