Ht. 5'8", Wt. 169 - Today I walked from school. 15 min walk. In gym we played soccer and I ran a lot when I was out there. 11 years of soccer always helped me on that one. We played for like 30 min was that a good exercise or should I do more?

it never hurts to do more! do more...but if u realli cant dont..its okay but push for another 20 minutes of cardio or strength training or something
