Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - Todays the first on the month and people are talking about a contest. I think we should have a short term contest of one month too see if you can lose 5 lbs by the first on march. I have a concert im going to three days after and id love to buy a small shirt instead of a medium. Although I know thats almost impossible itd still feel better too be a little slimmer!
