Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - Hey everyone. I was just kinda wonderin the web and found this website. I thought I'd give it a try. Well Im 16, and Ive been over weight all my life. Im pretty much to the point where I want to starve myself and forget what they say about slowing your metabolism. I just hate the feeling when your with all your size 5 friends and all you can think about is Gosh, why can't I be like them. Well, I was blessed with Hips, thighs and yeah you guessed it, the gut. 180 Pounds is not the weight a sophmore like me wants to weigh. I have been watching what I eat for awhile now, I have a bowl of cereal for breakfast, the schools salad bar for lunch, a small snack after school, and usually about 400 calories for dinner. What am I doing wrong? I can't lose a tiny pound! I've gone to the doctor and he told me to stop drinking pop. I havnt had a pop since 7th grade. What Im asking for is some MAJOR advice and some free will power (lol. Next year is prom and if its going to to anything like I imagine it, I must lose weight, even 20 is good enough for me. Please, Im begging you people, Help me!

Increase your excercise. Think of what you do now and increase it! Walk home from school if you are within an hour walk away. Hula hoop. Jump rope. Do like 100 cruntches a day. Start running daily. Anything.
