Ht. 5'8", Wt. 177 - honestly, lately teh more i work out the less toned i get like i feel like my arms are progressively getting flabbier and i just cant get the weight off.. its really annoyingg me. i just dotn know what to do. suggestions?
Reply from caitlyne, Age 15 - 02/04/07 - IP#: 74.14.229.xxx gabby, chances are its simply skin.. when you lose fat and gain muscle the skin loses some of its elasticity, give it a month or so to tighten up.. if you continue to lose weight, it will take longer, but dont worry about it, your body will work it out:)
