Ht. 5'2", Wt. 160 - okay so today i didn't eat good at all
breakfast:1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese--1 cup of coffee
lunch:(school lunches dont help)potatoes, 1 chicken tender(they were disgusting :[ --- chocolate milk
dinner:chili---1 glass of milk

Don't worry. You did fairly good, but would have been much better with some fruits and veggies in there. Remember that excercise is very important to weight loss, so just keep excercising a lot.
