Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - breakfast- 1/4 of a blueberry muffin w/ milk. lunch- a bagel w/ 90 calorie special k snack and carrots. dinner- half a plate of chineese food. exercise- walking for 10 minutes. i started taking these things call slim mints and i think they're working. yay. how'd i do today?

lol yeahh. i afraid to have fruit lol since they are so sweet. but ill have an apple maybe lol.

Muffins are very bad for you, but you had only 1/4 so GOOD JOB! They are so yummy, I don't think I would be able to eat just 1/4 of one LOL. You did good but you should have some fruit everyday. Remember, an apple a day keeps the doctor away but if the doctor is asian then screw those apples!!
