Ht. 5'6", Wt. 157 - Bonjour everybody~! I would like some feedback please?? Breakfast: low-fat vanilla yoghurt w/strawberries & cereal; Lunch: 1/2 wheat pita w/ turkey, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, & mustard..& a big banana; Snack: strawberries, a couple spoonfuls of peanut butter; Dinner: Lean Cuisine chicken/noodle meal & a cup of 1% milk; Excercise: walked home from school (20 minutes), & 40 minute cardio dvd; What do you think??? What was bad/good? Pleeeassseee respond!!! Thanksss! =)

actually you did rather well- just be carefull of the peanut butter- not too much and the lean cuisines can be a little high in carbs ( south beach diet are the best- they taste great and are low in carbs) otherwise keep up the good work- yogurt is really good for you too- it helos burn fat

You need to check the calories of everything you eat and add them together.
You can estimate your daily calorie intake.
Peanut butter is very rich in fat.
